Sanique Therapies is a holistic mental health and wellness practice dedicated to addressing the full spectrum of our clients’ psychiatric and medical needs through counseling and medication management. Founded by Rachel—dual-licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, PMHNP-BC)—Sanique was created in response to the fragmented nature of conventional care, offering a more integrated, human-centered alternative. Rachel brings over 15 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and more than 30 years working across diverse areas of medicine. Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, family medicine, addiction medicine, and pediatric care, providing her with a uniquely comprehensive perspective on health and healing. She has extensive experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders and remains current with emerging, evidence-based treatments, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, delivered with strong clinical oversight, safety protocols, and ethical care standards. At Sanique Therapies, we honor the whole person by providing evidence-based, client-guided care that recognizes the deep interconnection between emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Our approach includes comprehensive, detail-rich consultations; intentional guidance to support each individual’s healing journey; and medication management when clinically indicated. Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable if canceling less than 24 hours prior to an individual session. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellation less than 7 days prior to a retreat center booking.
