Care includes individualized treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, medication management when appropriate, and collaboration with families and schools to support the child’s overall wellbeing, resilience, and healthy development.

At Sanique Therapies, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is offered as a therapeutic tool that combines the safe, supervised use of ketamine facilitated by psychological support. Setting the stage for ketamine work involves creating a safe container, providing preparation sessions to set intentions and ensure readiness, supporting the ketamine experience itself, and offering integration work to help process insights. This holistic approach supports emotional processing to foster meaningful, lasting change in one's life.

At Sanique Therapies we provide comprehensive medical weight-loss services that integrate medication management with a whole-person approach to health and wellbeing. Consultations—initial and monthly—focus on understanding each individual’s unique needs, including diet, hormonal balance, nutrition, sleep patterns, and overall inner and outer wellbeing. Treatment plans are personalized, evidence-based, and designed to support sustainable weight loss while enhancing energy, mood, and long-term health. At Sanique Therapies, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders is provided as part of a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to recovery. Services combine FDA-approved medications with counseling, behavioral therapies, and ongoing support to address both the physiological and psychological aspects of substance use disorder. Care includes individualized treatment planning, monitoring, and collaboration with clients to promote long-term recovery, reduce cravings, prevent relapse, and support overall health and wellbeing.

Sanique Therapies integrates the calming presence of mini donkeys and mini goats with HeartMath techniques to create a joyful, regulation-focused therapeutic environment for both kids and adults. During sessions, clients connect with these gentle animals through touch, grooming, and guided interaction, while learning HeartMath breathing and coherence tools to regulate stress responses in real time. The animals’ naturally steady rhythms, curiosity, and nonjudgmental behavior help clients feel safe, build confidence, and experience authentic moments of joy—key ingredients for trauma healing. This combination of biofeedback-informed emotional regulation and animal-assisted connection supports improved mood, reduced anxiety, strengthened self-esteem, and a deeper sense of trust and resilience.

At Sanique Therapies, holistic and energetic wellness services are offered to support emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. This includes energy and chakra work, deepening meditative practices, exploring plant medicine education and non-touch somatic guided practice. Services also incorporate creating meaningful ceremony, polyvagal techniques for engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, and HeartMath practices to promote relaxation, emotional regulation, and resilience. These integrative approaches are designed to help clients reconnect with their bodies, cultivate inner awareness, heal wounds from trauma and foster overall wellness.

As a birth and death doula, I provide compassionate, continuous support during life’s most profound transitions—welcoming new life and navigating loss. In this space we create a container for emotional depth, comfort, practical guidance, and evidence-based information to help you feel informed, grounded, and empowered. Whether providing support through pregnancy, labor, hypnobirthing and early postpartum -- or-- walking alongside you through grief and bereavement, my role is to create a steady, calming presence, honor your preferences and experiences, and provide service during these deeply meaningful moments.

We offer off-grid parking on site so you can immerse yourself fully in the stillness of nature. We’re honored to share the joy of our home, our community, and a heart-centered environment devoted to healing, love, and growth. $250 / $50 per night for home and camping, respectively. A 3-night minimum is preferred.
